Exchange Policy

 

Eligibility :

  • Our Exchange Policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.
  • Returns and exchanges do not apply to Print on Demand (POD) products, i.e. Cosmos Hoodie and Cosmos T-Shirt.

Exchanges :

  • You can apply for a exchange if the product received is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong size of a product. 
  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.

 

The procedure for a exchange is as follows :

  1. In order to place an exchange request, please send us a mail at hello@superclan.co

  2. Please mention all the required details of your order like : Order No., Name, Product, Ordered Size. Do not forget to state the reason for return.

  3. Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our Support Team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.

  4. Our delivery executive will come and collect the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage in transit.

  5. Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the new product will be shipped to you.


 Returns :

  • We do not accept returns at the moment. Only exchanges are applicable.


 Others :

  • Exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
  • No Exchanges/Returns are applicable on the Merch Box, Accessories, Co-ord sets, Kit or on discounted items.

  • No exchanges are applicable on made-to-order products.

  • Cancellation of order will incur a fee of Rs.100. You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
