Our Return & Refund Policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.
- You can apply for a return if the product received is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong size of a product.
- Return is applicable only once per order.
The procedure for a return is as follows :
- In order to place a return request, please send us a mail at email@example.com
- Please mention all the required details of your order like : Order No., Name, Product, Ordered Size. Do not forget to state the reason for return.
- Once your request for return is confirmed by our Support Team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
- Our delivery executive will come and collect the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage in transit.
- Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the product value will be refunded to your bank account.
- We do not accept exchanges at the moment. Only returns are applicable.
- Returns are not applicable on international orders.
- No returns are applicable on the Merch Box, Accessories, Co-ord sets and Kits.
- No returns are applicable on purchases made at the pre-launch Pop-Up Event held in Mumbai on 20th November, 2022.
- Cancellation of order will incur a fee of Rs.100. You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
